- Session 2 - Recommendation Delivery: Two hours. Sales metrics and Sales Funnel tracking recommendations delivered. Sales process and demo review with recommendations to increase close ratios. Some things we cover are:
- Defining a target market
- Best marketing strategies for your business
- What metrics to track
- How to set up your sales funnel
- Understanding the emotional and logical reasons your customers buy
- How to position and pitch your product against competitors
- Session 3 - Implementation: Two hours. Sales rep training to implement changes from Session 2 with implementation guidance. Also, strategies to get reps on board with sales stack expectations. You will get the final piece of your Sales Playbook which are the scripts for your:
- Elevator Pitch
- Appointment Setting
- Overcoming Objections
